My time at the NBA

began just as the COVID-19 pandemic hit in early March 2020. The NBA was one of the first major outlets to shut down and go fully remote. Just over halfway through, the regular season would go on a hiatus. The league still had to provide the fans with basketball content and pivot from showing live games.

We birthed a campaign called #NBATogetherLive where historic games were streamed live on @NBA socials for free and a live chat would run with commentary from star players, influencers and super fans. Part of my role as a content producer was to pinpoint games fans wanted to look back and watch. These were some of my favorites...

ESPN: The Last Dance campaign

In the midst of the pandemic, with no live sports, NBA fans were starving for new NBA content. There wasn't a better time to release the documentary on Michael Jordan and Chicago Bulls' historical run in the 90s.

I lead art direction of tune-in promotions for The Last Dance on @NBAKicks. We highlighted iconic moments within these historical games. The audience of @NBA and @NBAKicks would scroll through moments of these games and see different perspectives and angles of plays and the throwback sneakers that mean everything to the raging sneaker-world today.

NBA Snapchat Content Producer / Publisher

As the content producer & publisher it was my role to strategize, plan and publish compelling video content for NBA Snapchat. I oversaw creative strategy & production for two nightly Snapchat shows “Highlights” and “Best Of NBA.” I lead direction for a team of 6 video editors to produce short-form, hard-hitting social clips.
